We are excited to introduce you to the official website of Collin County Water Control & Improvement District No. 3! Whether you're a long-time resident or new to the area, our website is designed to be a central hub for all the information and resources you need.
A Water Control & Improvement District (WCID), provides water, waste, and emergency services in areas where city services are not provided.
CCWCID 3 hosts regular monthly board meetings on the 2nd Tuesday of each month, at 12 PM.
